Walk-In Power House (E-House)
The electrical room, built in our shop: MV and LV gear, controls, HVAC, lighting and fire detection inside an insulated steel house on a structural skid. Delivered tested and ready to connect.
An Electrical Room That Arrives Finished
Building an electrical room on site means trades waiting on each other, weather delays and wiring done in the field. An e-house moves that work into our shop. We build the insulated steel structure on a skid, install the MV switchgear, LV switchboards, controls and batteries, wire everything, add HVAC, lighting and fire detection, and test the whole room. On site it is set on piles or a pad, the incoming and outgoing cables are landed, and it is ready.
- Insulated steel house on a structural skid
- MV switchgear, LV switchboards and MCCs inside
- HVAC sized for the equipment heat
- Lighting, receptacles, fire detection and emergency lighting
- Cable entry through floor or wall
- Tested as a complete room before shipping
Walk-In Power House (E-House) in plain words
What it does
A complete electrical room built in our shop — switchgear, controls, lighting, HVAC and fire detection — delivered on a skid ready to set and connect.
Pick it when
- There is no building, or no room, for the electrical gear
- The site is remote or construction time is short
- You want the room tested as a whole before it ships
Better choice if…
You already have an electrical room and just need the lineup

Common Questions
Its size is set by the equipment inside and by road transport limits. Large rooms are built in sections that bolt together on site.
